Unworn pieces in original condition may be returned within 10 days of delivery with original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

How to Initiate a Return

Email Client Advisory at jewels@meirjewels.com with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Final Sale

High Jewelry, bespoke, made-to-order, personalized or engraved pieces, resized rings, final-sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds

After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days. Direct exchanges are not offered.
