Every MEIR piece is handmade in Jaipur and inspected before leaving our workshop.

What’s Covered

For 12 months from delivery, we repair manufacturing defects at no cost, including faulty settings, prong or clasp failure under normal wear, and finish defects present at purchase.

What’s Not Covered

Accidental loss, theft, impact, improper storage, unauthorized repair, normal wear, scratches, chemicals, chlorine, and extreme conditions are not covered.
